Under the condition of this experiment, 45 steel (raw material) by complex salt bathtreatment, rolling resistance and wear test 9.6 times higher than that of 20 Steel Carburized, 16.2 times higher than that of 45 steel high-frequency quenching, 16.3 times higher than conventional quenching of 45 steel. 45 steel hard chromium platingwear anomalous, because the chromium layer peeling is not really wear value. Shown in several experiments, the wear resistance compound treatment was 2.1 times that ofhard chromium plating.

Under the condition of this experiment: 40Cr steel after compound treatment, sliding wear than 40Cr steel hard chromium plating high 2.1 times, 2.8 times higher than theion nitriding; 14 times higher than that of nitrided 20Cr steel quenching, 23.7 times higher than 40Cr high-frequency quenching, 20-30 times higher than in conventional quenching.
